HOW DO I KNOW IF A PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE AND HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

This website is set to enable a size selection on the product page only if the corresponding product / size is available in our stock.

The standard delivery lead-time for available products are as follows (from order date):

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A PRODUCT IS UNAVAILABLE?

The ‘special request’ function on the product page enables you to connect with our team and to inquire about unavailable sizes or special sizes. Upon receiving contact information, our team shall revert within 2 to 3 business days with the best possible solutions.

Alternatively, an email inquiry may also be sent to sales@by-fang.com with product name / reference / colour and size information.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WHICH SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AND WHAT ARE THE LOGISTIC COSTS?

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, time of your purchase and item availability.

All orders will be preferably shipped via DHL (or an alternative international courier),
Logistic costs (handling, packaging, shipping) associated to your order are calculated according to delivery address and added to the product price upon check-out.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped. Our team will support the shipment until arrival.

Please kindly note that customs regulations in specific areas may change with short notice and impact shipments beyond our direct control. Nonetheless, we are entirely committed to accompany all shipments with our full support until it is safely received on your side.

Please kindly note that shipping information filled in at order check-out (address, contacts…) are critically important to secure an efficient and timely shipment process. Any inaccurate or misspelled information may be of nature to delay delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You shall receive an automatic order confirmation email once your order is paid and completed. Our team may contact you if necessary for specific details (sizing, shipping…) or to inform about any unexpected delays. As indicated in the above section, you will then receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped. Our team will support tracking the parcel until it arrives safely to its destination.

AFTER-SALES

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

in the unlikely event that your order is unsatisfactory for sizing or other consideration, you may write an email to sales@by-fang.com and provide an identifiable reason to exercise your right to return purchased products within seven (7) days after reception.

When contacted, our team will reply reply within 2 to 3 business days to suggest solutions and/or confirm instructions for return or exchange.

Important note:
 all items must be returned in original condition – clean, unworn, unwashed with the by FANG garment tag intact attached. We also strongly support the re-use of the original packaging.

In case of return without exchange, a full refund will be processed to the same payment method used to pay the order (an alternative method is possible as long as the account holder is the same as the initial payment).
